Last night in the pub I became embroiled in an intense game of 'Sh*t Striker Poker'.

We'd been at it for nearly five hours as the clock struck midnight. My cash had dwindled almost to nothing and, with three folded, there were two of us left in the game. I felt an icy bead of sweat slither its way down my brow as my opponent grinned smugly and played his hand. It was good, boy was it good...but not good enough.

"I'll see your Bendtner," I said quietly, leaning forward and placing my card on the table, "and raise you...Ngog!"
